Healthy fats from coconut oil and cashew nuts, complete amino acid profile from pea protein plus carbohydrates and fibre from sticky dates. Naturally sweet and satisfying.
Made fresh and shipped frozen straight to your door. Simply take one out of the fridge and eat from chilled or take out of the freezer, store in a tin and enjoy once softened.
Nothing extra added as we are keeping things fresh. Preservatives, thickeners, emulsifiers, artificial flavourings etc are never in our products.

About Us
Surrey based, Australia founded
Founded in Australia in 2016 and now being hand rolled in The Surrey Hills, UK. As a nutrition coach, recipe developer, personal trainer, runner and mum, I’m passionate about whole foods, the power of nature, the human body and great tasting food!
I have hand crafted recipes for these nutrient dense, energy filled pick-me-ups that satisfy your health, your hunger as well as your desire for something fresh, decadent, indulgent and delicious.
I see people compromising on this everywhere and after being tired of spending top dollar on shelf bought ‘health food’ that was often laden with un-natural ingredients and a dry and unsatisfying texture, this is my solution.

from wholefoods that they are in any way compromised in flavour.

Your box of Balsa Balls will be shipped for next day delivery and
arrive frozen in a mailer box or padded bag.
We have thought carefully about how to get our balls to you quickly and carefully
whilst caring for the planet, by choosing eco friendly, sustainable wool thermal lining, reusable ice packs and recyclable cardboard packaging that can go straight into your fridge or freezer.
Simply open your mailer box or padded bag, unwrap the thermal lining and take out your pack of balls to enjoy from chilled whenever you're looking for an energy boost, a healthy snack or even just a moment of pure, uncompromised, guilt free pleasure.
How to Store
Because our Balsa Balls are a fresh product and preservative free, they are best stored in the fridge
or freezer to be enjoyed chilled.
Store in its original packaging or an air tight container for best keeping and to prevent frost getting to the balls.

They are freezer friendly for up to 6 months.
Once defrosted, refrigerate for up to 10-14 days
in an airtight container or display in a cool dry place for up to 5 days.

When you're ready to pack a ball to take out, simply remove from the fridge or freezer and store in a sealed container.

If you do find your ball has got a bit warm and softened,
it may seem a little oily on the surface.
This may effect the full enjoyment of your snack, but it
can still be consumed safely.
* You can defrost Balsa Balls in the fridge overnight, or at room temperature for a few minutes to soften until it reaches your desired texture. They can also be enjoyed straight from the freezer if you like a little more bite!
